Over half of the unreached peoples in the world live in countries that are not accessible to career missionaries.  International Fellowship of Alliance Professionals (IFAP) was established to mobilize committed C&MA lay professionals for effective witness in these countries through secular employment.  Presently, 57 IFAP professionals from the United States are living and working in 15 countries worldwide.  They are committed to long-term, cross-cultural service.
